1 / Chicago Environmental Justice Network (C.E.J.N.)

There are many environmental justice organizations in Chicago - this group is a combination of community groups that strive towards various injustices specific to each of their neighborhood areas. Congregating to prove the racial injustices that Black and Latino communities predominately face in Chicago spreading from the West, South-West to the Far Southside of the Calumet region.

A congregation of community organizations: Little Village Environmental Justice Organization (LVEJO) representing the south-west side, Blacks In Green (B.I.G.) serving Chicago's south-side, People For Community Recovery (P.C.R.) in Altgeld Gardens (an organization founded by Chicago's Mother of EJ, Cheryl Johnson), The Southeast Environmental Task Force (S.E.T.F.) serving The Calumet River Region and the Neighbors For Environmental Justice (N.4.E.J.) in Humboldt Park across the West Side of Chicago.
